Brambleberry Basil Collins Cocktail

Method:

• Mix the gin, lime juice, maple syrup and basil leaves together with ice in a cocktail shaker. Muddle the leaves to release the flavour.
• Fill a tall glass half full with crushed ice, strain the mixture into the glass and top with soda water.
• Garnish with fresh blackberries.
• Serve & Enjoy!
