Strawberry & Thai Basil Collins

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Strawberry and Thai Basil Gin.
  • 1/2 a Lemon juiced.
  • 15ml Sugar Syrup.
  • 125ml Chilled Soda Water

Method:

  • Fill a tall glass with plenty of Ice.
  • Add the Strawberry and Thai Basil Gin.
  • Splash in the Lemon Juice.
  • Add the Sugar Syrup.
  • Top with chilled Soda water.
  • Garnish with some fresh strawberries and mint leaves.
  • Serve & Enjoy!
