Honeyed Rhubarb Gin Mule Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 50ml YD Honeyed Rhubarb Gin
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 1/2 lime wedge
  • Ginger Ale
  • Crushed Ice

Method:

  • In a copper mug (or tumbler) add crushed ice.
  • Pour over Honeyed Rhubarb gin.
  • Squeeze the lime over the gin.
  • Top with Ginger Ale.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves and lime wedges.
  • Serve & Enjoy!
