Rhubarb Gin Sour Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 50ml YD Honeyed Rhubarb Gin
  • 25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 25ml simple syrup
  • 1 egg white (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Method:

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the YD Honeyed Rhubarb gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white (if using).
  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 15–20 seconds to chill the ingredients and create a frothy texture.
  • Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  • Serve & Enjoy!
