- For the Mint Syrup.
- 120g Sugar
- 115g Water
- 2 sprigs of Mint
- For the Mojito
- 1 wedge of Lime
- 4 Mint leaves
- 3 Strawberries
- 28g Mint syrup (cooled)
- 50ml YD Strawberry & Thai Basil Gin
- Crushed ice (whiz in blender)
- Tonic Water or Sparkling Water
