Gin Cocktails

CUCUMBER MINT GIMLET

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Desert Ram London Dry Gin 
  • 25ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
  • Cucumber – 2inches cut into squares
  • 10 fresh Mint Leaves
  • Sugar Syrup
  • Ice

Method:

  • Add the mint and cucumber to a cocktail shaker and muddle until all juices have been released.
  • Add the ice, sugar syrup, fresh lime juice and Desert Ram London Dry Gin.
  • Shake for 20 seconds.
  • Sieve into a glass and serve.
