Chocolate Gin Mudslide Cocktail

Ingredients (To make 2):

  • 100 ml Purple Ram Gin 
  • 100 ml Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 100 ml Coffee Liqueur
  • 200 ml Double Cream
  • Ice


To Garnish

  • Chocolate Sauce
  • Chocolate Sprinkles

Method:

  • Add ice to a blender.
  • Pour in the gin, Irish cream liqueur, coffee liqueur and double cream, and blend together.
  • Squeeze chocolate sauce around the inside of the glass, and then pour in the blended cocktail.
  • Garnish with chocolate sprinkles.
  • Serve & Enjoy!
