Strawberry & Thai Basil Gin Fizz

Ingredients:

  • 100 ml YD Strawberry & Thai Basil Gin
  • 1 bottle Prosecco
  • Mint Leaves
  • 400g Chopped Fresh Strawberries
  • Crushed Ice


To Garnish

  • Sprig of Mint

Method:

  • Add the mint and fresh strawberries to a jug and muddle until the flavours have been released.
  • Add the ice.
  • Pour in the YD Strawberry & Thai Basil Gin.
  • Top up with Prosecco and stir.
  • Pour into a glass, garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and enjoy!
