Rhubarb Gin Fizz Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml YD Honeyed Rhubarb Gin
  • 50 ml Prosecco
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • 5ml Sugar Syrup
  • Crushed Ice


To Garnish

  • Slice of Passion Fruit

Method:

  • Add ice to a glass and the slice of passion fruit.
  • Pour the YD Honeyed Rhubarb Gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker and mix well.
  • Double strain into the glass, and top up with Prosecco.
