This unique and utterly delicious rum has made its way over from the sunny Caribbean to be redistilled here in the Yorkshire Dales. We added earthy Yorkshire heather and sweet honey then aged it to oaky perfection, unlike other rums we do not add any sugar and rely on the more natural botanicals to provide the essential hit of sweetness. For all those rum connoisseurs out there, this one is a must!
