We have built two stills at Yorkshire Dales Distillery both of which incorporate copper plated columns and enable the flavouring of spirits through 100% vapour infusion.  It is these features and the properties of our unique and ancient natural mineral water from Swaledale, which we use for all aspects of production, that enable us to produce such noteworthy smooth spirits.  Using the smaller still we can produce batches of up to 50 bottles, ideal for meeting the requirements of many of our customers.  Our larger still is identical in all aspects, except scale, enabling us to create larger batches whilst maintaining the same care and attention to detail in our work.
