FRENCH AMARETTO MARTINI
Ingredients
- 60ml YDÂ Strawberry & Thai Basil gin
- 1 tsp Raspberry Jam
- 20ml Amaretto
- 20ml Pineapple juice
- 20ml Fresh lemon juice
- 1 egg whites (optional)

Method
If skipping egg whites, skip to step 2
1. Separate an egg and shake whites on own for 30 seconds
2. Add all ingredients to shaker and shake for 30 seconds
3. Add ice and shake again for 30 seconds
4. Strain into the martini glass and garnish with rose petals
5. Serve alongside a glass of prosecco and sip alternately
