HONEYED RHUBARB MULE
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml YD Honeyed Rhubarb Gin
- 8 mint leaves
- 1/2 lime wedge
- Ginger Ale
- Crushed Ice
TO GARNISH
- Lime wedges
- Mint leaves

Copper Mug (or Tumbler)
Method
- In a copper mug (or tumbler) add crushed ice.
- Pour over Honeyed Rhubarb gin.
- Squeeze the lime over the gin.
- Top with Ginger Ale.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and lime wedges.
- Serve & Enjoy!
