Ingredients
- 50 ml YD Honeyed Rhubarb Gin
- 50 ml Prosecco
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 5ml Sugar Syrup
- Crushed Ice
To Garnish
- Slice of Passion Fruit

Method
- Add ice to a glass and the slice of passion fruit.
- Pour the YD Honeyed Rhubarb Gin, Lemon Juice and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker and mix well.
- Double strain into the glass, and top up with Prosecco.
