Ingredients
- 100 ml YD Strawberry & Thai Basil Gin
- 1 bottle Prosecco
- Mint Leaves
- 400g Chopped Fresh Strawberries
- Crushed Ice
To Garnish
- Sprig of Mint

Method
- Add the mint and fresh strawberries to a jug and muddle until the flavours have been released.
- Add the ice
- Pour in the YD Strawberry & Thai Basil Gin.
- Top up with Prosecco and stir
- Pour into a glass, garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and enjoy!
