Ingredients:

  • 50ml Purple Ram London Dry Gin.
  • 25ml Lemon juice.
  • 25ml Sugar Syrup.
  • 125ml Chilled Soda Water

Method:

  • Fill a tall glass with plenty of Ice.
  • Add the Purple Ram London Dry Gin.
  • Splash in the Lemon Juice.
  • Add the Sugar Syrup.
  • Top with chilled Soda water.
  • Garnish with some fresh rosemary and slices of lemon.
  • Serve & Enjoy!

Limoncello Purple Ram Gin Fizz

Ingredients:

  • 45ml Purple Ram Gin.
  • 15ml Limoncello.
  • 15ml freshly squeezed lime juice (or lemon, for a slightly tarter drink).
  • Dash of simple syrup, to taste.
  • 2 fresh mint or thyme sprigs, to garnish.
  • Sparkling water, to top up

Method:

  • Fill a mixing glass with ice
  • Add the Purple Ram Gin,
  • Add the Limoncello,
  • Stir in the lime juice,
  • Dash of simple syrup,
  • Garnish with thyme or mint sprigs.
  • Stir to combine and cool, then strain into a rocks glass over ice and top with sparkling water.
  • For an extra refreshing, long drink in hot summer weather, try serving over crushed ice in a highball glass.

Strawberry and Thai Basil Frozen Daiquiri

Ingredients:

  • 250g strawberries, hulled,
  • 100g crushed ice, plus more if you like a thicker blended drink
  • 50ml Strawberry and Thai Basil Gin,
  • Juice of half a lime

Method:

  • Combine all your ingredients in a blender and whizz.
  • Pour into a glass and top with more crushed ice.
  • Garnish with a strawberry, a lime and an umbrella, if you have one to hand!

Raspberry Vodka Gimlet

Ingredients:

  • 85ml Smokey Ram Vodka
  • 50ml cane sugar
  • 50ml filtered water
  • ¼ cup Raspberries
  • 25ml lime juice

Method:

  • Prepare a raspberry simple syrup by placing equal parts sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil until the sugar has dissolved, then reduce heat and add raspberry.
  • Simmer the mixture until it thickens, using the back side of a spoon to gently crush and macerate the berries.
  • Strain out the berries and allow the syrup to cool completely.
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine your raspberry syrup with vodka and lime juice over ice, and shake vigorously
  • Serve & Enjoy!

Wild Ram Gin Mojito

Ingredients:

  • Wild Ram Gin
  • Soda or Sparkling Water
  • Sugar
  • Lime Juice
  • Cucumber
  • Mint leaves
  • Ice

Method:

  • Add the lime juice, sugar and mint leaves to a glass
  • Muddle them together to release the flavours (don’t crush the leaves too much)
  • Add the ice
  • Splash over the gin
  • Top with Soda or Sparkling Water.
  • Garnish with freshly sliced cucumber.

Ingredients:

  • 25ml Chocolate Orange Gin
  • Prosecco (or fizz of your choice)
  • Splash of fresh orange
  • Fresh orange slices

Method:

  • Add the gin to the glass
  • top up with your choice of fizz
  • leave a little room to splash in as much or as little fresh orange juice as you desire!
  • Garnish with slices of fresh orange
  • For a little more decadence, dip the rim of the glass in fresh orange and roll in grated chocolate.

Strawberry and Thai Basil Gin Martini

Ingredients:

  • 150ml Strawberry and Thai Basil Gin
  • 40ml Dry Vermouth
  • 1 Mint Sprig
  • 250g fresh Strawberries
  • Caster Sugar (to dip)
  • Orange slices, to garnish
  • Ice

Method:

  • Place sugar on a small plate, dip the rims of 2 martini glasses in water and then in the sugar.  Put the glasses in the freezer to set.
  • Us a muddler, or the end of a rolling pin, muddle the strawberries and mint in a cocktail shaker (leave some fresh strawberries to garnish if desired)
  • Add the Ice, Vermouth and Gin to the cocktail shaker and mix well
  • Strain into the 2 martini glasses
  • Add the fresh orange slices and strawberries to garnish.

Ingredients:

  • 25ml Purple Ram London Dry Gin
  • 25ml sweet vermouth
  • 25ml Campari
  • Orange twist, to garnish
  • Ice

Method:

  • 50ml YD Spiced Golden Rum
  • 100ml freshly boiled water
  • 15g unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla paste or extract
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 pinch of allspice
  • Slice of orange, to garnish (optional)
  • Cinnamon stick, to garnish (optional)

Method:

  • Add the Butter, Spices, Sugar and Vanilla to a mug or Irish Coffee Glass
  • Mix well
  • Add the Rum and pour over the hot water
