Ingredients:

  • 125ml Spiced Golden Rum
  • 200ml pineapple juice
  • 100ml fresh orange juice
  • 75ml fresh lime juice
  • 50ml grenadine
  • Fresh tropical fruit and spices to garnish

Method:

  • Add all the above ingredients into a large punch bowl
  • Add plenty of ice
  • Mix well to combine the flavours
  • Add slices of fresh tropical fruit and festive spices
  • Serve & Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 50ml YD Spiced Golden Rum
  • 100ml freshly boiled water
  • 15g unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla paste or extract
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 pinch of allspice
  • Slice of orange, to garnish (optional)
  • Cinnamon stick, to garnish (optional)

Method:

  • Add the Butter, Spices, Sugar and Vanilla to a mug or Irish Coffee Glass
  • Mix well
  • Add the Rum and pour over the hot water
  • Stir well and add your chosen garnish

  • 28g Hot Chocolate Powder
  • 200ml Hot Water
  • Whipped Cream

  • 20ml Kahlua

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml YD Honeyed Rhubarb Gin
  • 25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 25ml simple syrup
  • 1 egg white (optional)

TO GARNISH

  • Rhubarb stalk or a
  • lemon twist.

Method

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the YD Honeyed Rhubarb gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white (if using).
  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to chill the ingredients and create a frothy texture.
  • Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.

Strawberry & Thai Basil Mojito

STRAWBERRY & THAI BASIL MOJITO

For the Mint Syrup.

  • 120g Sugar
  • 115g Water
  • 2 sprigs of Mint

For the Mojito

  • 1 wedge of Lime
  • 4 Mint leaves
  • 3 Strawberries
  • 28g Mint syrup (cooled)
  • 50ml YD Strawberry & Thai Basil Gin
  • Crushed ice (whiz in blender)
  • Tonic Water or Sparkling Water

 

Mint Syrup

Pour sugar, water and mint into a pan and bring to the boil. Boil until the sugar has dissolved. Leave to cool.

Mojito

Add Strawberries, mint and lime to a glass and muddle (bash about) until all the lime juice has been squeezed out.

Add YD Strawberry & Thai Basil Gin, Mint Syrup & Crushed Ice.

Top off with Tonic water and Stir well. Enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Desert Ram London Dry Gin 
  • 25ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
  • Cucumber – 2inches cut into squares

Method

  • Add the mint and cucumber to a cocktail shaker and muddle until all juices have been released.
  • Add the Ice, Sugar Syrup, fresh lime juice and Desert Ram London Dry Gin.
  • Shake for 20 seconds
  • Sieve into a glass and serve
