Rhubarb Gin Fizz
50ml Yorkshire Dales Honeyed Rhubarb Gin
50ml Prosecco
15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
5ml Sugar Syrup
Crushed Ice
Garnish: Slice of Passion Fruit
Glass: Tubler
Add ice and garnish to the glass.
Shake the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup with ice.
Double strain into the glass and top with Prosecco.
