Apple Soaked Mojito Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 50ml YD Golden Rum
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 1/2 lime wedge
  • 25ml simple syrup
  • 25ml fresh apple juice
  • Ice cubes

Method:

  • In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves, lime wedge, sugar syrup and rum.
  • Strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.
  • Top with fresh apple juice, and garnish with an apple slice and mint leaves.
  • Serve & Enjoy!
