French Amaretto Martini

Method:

• If skipping egg whites, skip to step 2.
• Separate an egg and shake the whites on their own for 30 seconds.
• Add all ingredients to the shaker and shake for 30 seconds.
• Add ice and shake again for 30 seconds.
• Strain into the martini glass and garnish with rose petals.
• Serve alongside a glass of Prosecco and sip alternately.
