Old Cuban Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Intrepid Ram Rum
  • 25ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 6 Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 50ml Prosecco
  • Sugar Syrup
  • Ice

To Garnish

  • Lime Slice

Method:

  • Add the rum, sugar syrup, lime juice, and ice to a cocktail shaker.
  • Lightly bash the mint leaves and also add to the cocktail shaker.
  • Sieve into a chilled martini glass.
  • Top up with the Prosecco.
  • Garnish with the lime slice.
  • Serve & Enjoy!
