Raspberry Bramble Gin Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Desert Ram London Dry Gin 
  • 25ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
  • Cucumber – 2inches cut into squares
  • 10 fresh Mint Leaves
  • Sugar Syrup
  • Ice

Method:

  • Add the gin, sugar syrup, lemon juice, and ice to a cocktail shaker.
  • Shake for 5–10 seconds.
  • Sieve into a chilled highball glass filled with crushed ice.
  • Using the back of a spoon, pour over the Chambord.
  • Garnish with fresh raspberries.
  • Serve & Enjoy!
