Dark n Stormy (Yorkshire Version)

“it was a dark and stormy night”… and so starts the mysterious sailor’s ramblings, whether it be of vengeful ghosts or monster whales. Thus the aptly named “Dark ‘n’ Stormy” cocktail, a favourite of the sailing set from Bermuda up and along the coast of the eastern states – or Yorkshire in our instance!

A simple serve of Intrepid Ram Golden Yorkshire Rum and ginger beer (with maybe a splash of lime juice) often served with the rum floating on top, mimicking a stormy sky (hence the name).
