Both of the Rums produced by Yorkshire Dales Distillery have been created and developed in house by our Master Distiller. They are still distilled in small batches using traditional techniques. Each is unique. Intrepid Ram Golden Yorkshire Rum is vapour infused through Yorkshire heather and honey before we oak age it at the Distillery. Unusually, it is unsweetened. Spiced Golden Rum is a versatile flavour sensation.

There wasn't one gin from YDD that i didn't like and i'm not usually a gin drinker but this was my favourite. It packs one heck of a punch with flavour, for me orange was the big one for me.
