Apple Soaked Mojito Cocktail
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml YD Golden Rum
- 8 mint leaves
- 1/2 lime wedge
- 25ml simple syrup
- 25ml fresh apple juice
- Ice cubes
TO GARNISH
- Apple slices
- Mint leaves

Method
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves, lime wedge, sugar syrup and rum.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.
- Top with fresh apple juice, and garnish with an apple slice and mint leaves
- Serve & Enjoy!
