Ingredients
- 50ml Desert Ram London Dry GinĀ
- 25ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- Cucumber – 2inches cut into squares
- 10 fresh Mint Leaves
- Sugar Syrup
- Ice
To Garnish
- Fresh Mint

Method
- Add the mint and cucumber to a cocktail shaker and muddle until all juices have been released.
- Add the Ice, Sugar Syrup, fresh lime juice and Desert Ram London Dry Gin.
- Shake for 20 seconds
- Sieve into a glass and serve
