Red Ram Gin Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 35ml Purple Ram Gin
- 65ml Cranberry Juice
- 12.5ml Cassis
Garnish: Orange Peel Slice
Glass type: Martini
Place all of the liquids into a shaker with plenty of ice.
Shake for 20 seconds.
Allow to settle, before straining into a Martini glass.
Squeeze orange peel slice into the glass to release the juices and gently rub around the rim of the glass.
Place a fresh slice into the glass
