Rhubarb Gin Sour Cocktail
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml YD Honeyed Rhubarb Gin
- 25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 25ml simple syrup
- 1 egg white (optional)
- Ice cubes

- Rhubarb stalk or a
- lemon twist.

Method
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the YD Honeyed Rhubarb gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white (if using).
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to chill the ingredients and create a frothy texture.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Serve & Enjoy!
