Strawberry & Thai Basil Mojito
For the Mint Syrup.
- 120g Sugar
- 115g Water
- 2 sprigs of Mint
For the Mojito
- 1 wedge of Lime
- 4 Mint leaves
- 3 Strawberries
- 28g Mint syrup (cooled)
- 50ml YD Strawberry & Thai Basil Gin
- Crushed ice (whiz in blender)
- Tonic Water or Sparkling Water
Mint Syrup
Pour sugar, water and mint into a pan and bring to the boil. Boil until the sugar has dissolved. Leave to cool.
Mojito
Add Strawberries, mint and lime to a glass and muddle (bash about) until all the lime juice has been squeezed out.
Add YD Strawberry & Thai Basil Gin, Mint Syrup & Crushed Ice.
Top off with Tonic water and Stir well. Enjoy.
