Tom Collins Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients:
- 50ml Purple Ram London Dry Gin.
- 25ml Lemon juice.
- 25ml Sugar Syrup.
- 125ml Chilled Soda Water
Method:
- Fill a tall glass with plenty of Ice.
- Add the Purple Ram London Dry Gin.
- Splash in the Lemon Juice.
- Add the Sugar Syrup.
- Top with chilled Soda water.
- Garnish with some fresh rosemary and slices of lemon.
- Serve & Enjoy!
