50ml Bramble Berry Gin
A tablespoon of lime juice
Half a tablespoon of maple syrup
3 larges basil leaves, soda water and ice
Shake the Gin, lime juice, maple syrup, basil leaves with some ice
Muddle the leaves to release the flavour
Strain over ice into a high ball glass and top with soda water
