Yorkshire Dales Distillery was established in Catterick Garrison in 2016 by Sarah and Tony Brotherton. This family-run business is inspired by its natural surroundings, sourcing local ingredients to craft exceptional spirits.
More than just a distillery, Yorkshire Dales is committed to giving back by providing meaningful employment and training to service veterans, young people, ex-offenders and the long-term unemployed. Sustainability is at the core of their business, using renewable energy and minimising waste.
